Shipping Policy

MegaZone is based in the Netherlands and currently ships to selected countries around the world. We ship Monday - Friday, holidays excluded. Every order received on a business day will be shipped within 24 hours.

All products are shipped with great care and in a professional manner. MegaZone uses protective materials for shipping. All large orders are sent using cardboard boxes for maximum protection.

The maximum shipping weight is 20kg. If your order goes above this maximum weight, the shipping cost will skyrocket and our advise would be to place multiple orders.

MegaZone cannot guarantee the timeframe in which an order will arrive at its destination. For an estimate made by our shipping partner, click here.

Inspect your package before accepting and let the carrier make a note if/when the package contains damage. In case of a lost package, call the postal service and let them start an investigation, using the tracking code as reference.
