Return Policy for Used games or accessories:
At MegaZone we want to make sure you get the used game or used accessory you want. All of our used products come with a 14 day satisfaction no-hassle return policy. If you want to return the item(s) for a refund and the product is still sealed, use our contact page and we will give you further instructions. Products of which the seal has been broken cannot be returned.
After sending the initial message within 14 days, you'll get an answer from us and from that moment, you then have 14 days to return the product/order to us. After its return, the product/order will be inspected and checked for damages. If the product/order contains any damage, the costs associated with repair/replacing will be witheld from the refunded amount. The shipping costs to your address will also be refunded in case of a complete order/all products getting shipped back. The shipping costs of you returning the order/product(s) will not be refunded. The costs returning the product/order will be probably close to the amount shown in your shopping cart for your order, but are dependent on your local shipping provider. You are also responsible for packaging the order in a way that the product(s) will not get damaged. After receiving back your product/order, we will send the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method.

New games and accessories are returnable within 14 days of purchase only if the seal hasn't been opened/broken. We cannot give refunds for new games or accessories of which the seals have been opened/broken. If you have a new game or accessory that you would like to return and its seal has not been opened/broken, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will give you further instructions.
